Job Description – Admission Counsellor (Ajman)
We are hiring an Admission Counsellor for a reputed organization in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in student counselling and admissions, with strong communication and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and eligibility
Handle enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads
Explain course details, fees, and admission procedures clearly
Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and admissions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes
Meet monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth
Requirements:

2–3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling is an advantage
Nationality: Indian or Filipino
Salary & Benefits:

Starting Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Commission/Incentives as per performance
