Job Description – Sales Executive (Education Consultancy) | Ajman
We are hiring a Sales Executive for a reputed education consultancy in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in education sales and strong communication skills to convert student enquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads
Promote educational programs, universities, and admission services
Counsel prospective students on course options, fees, and admission process
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful enrollments
Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and documentation process
Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an education consultancy
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-oriented and result-driven approach
Basic computer knowledge; CRM experience is an advantage
Nationality: Indian or Filipino
Salary & Benefits:

Starting Salary: AED 3,000 per month
Commission/Incentives based on performance
Visa provided
Location: Ajman
